Long Tennessee's state legislature holding a special session to redraw its congressional districts in favor of Republicans. Tennessee Governor Bill Lee is targeting the state's lone Democratic seat in Memphis, a majority black city. Democrats pushed back, including Senator London Lamar. This move could hand Republicans a clean sweep, shifting the delegation nine to zero. Fox's Dana Marie McNichol this afternoon, Vice President J.D. vance in Des Moines, Iowa, blasting Democrats for not supporting President Trump's immigration policy.

Police in Edmond, Oklahoma, say an 18 year old woman has died from injuries sustained in a weekend shooting that started after a fight at a party Sunday night. In all, 23 people were hurt. A child is dead after being struck by an Amazon delivery vehicle in Kansas City.

Police in Kansas City say an Amazon driver in a marked van had just dropped off a package Monday night, proceeding to the next stop when a child under the age of five who was playing in a grassy area near a public park enter the roadway was struck and later died. We're told the Amazon driver initially stopped but left before officers arrived, denying any involvement. Kansas City police via statement saying the investigation is ongoing. Layoffs rose, but hiring improved and more people quit their jobs, a sign of confidence in the economy. chips sold around the country are being recalled for salmonella concerns. The voluntary recall by Utz Quality Foods for chips, including Zaps and Dirty brands, coming after the company was notified that one of the ingredients added to the chips, dry milk powder, may have been infected with salmonella. The recall spans several sizes and varieties. Utz has not gotten any complaints of illness and batches of the chips have tested negative for salmonella. But the company says it' acting out of an abundance of caution. Salmonella infections are especially dangerous for those with weakened immune systems. Symptoms include fever, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain.
