But the program is also expanding significantly and could revoke passports of those owing more than $2,500 in unpaid child support. That's a dollar amount set in a 1996 law, the state Department says. The department says the policy is serving as a powerful tool, collecting more than $156 million over the past five years.

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division arrested and booked four men on suspicion of a number of charges including animal fighting or baiting, criminal conspiracy and possession of a firearm by someone convicted of intent to traffic controlled substances. One of Those arrested is 27 year old Chesterfield County Sheriff's Deputy Lonnie Shane Gaskins. The Humane World for Animals assisted law enforcement during the execution of search warrants at two residential properties. And 34 dogs were recovered. Many had been tethered so tightly they couldn't get under shelter. Others had open cuts, old scars and clear signs of abuse. Jessica Rosenthal, FOX News.

The NCAA says it will expand its two March madness tournaments by eight teams each next season. The new 76 team brackets will mean there will be a total of 12 games involving 24 teams into the front half of the first week of the men's and women's tournaments.
