More than a dozen people are hurt in a fire and explosion at a shipyard on New York City's Staten Island. Fox's Gurnall Scott with the latest.

Firefighters, emergency medical technicians and at least one civilian were injured. The Fire Department of New York said there was an active fire in a metal structure on the dock. As the FDNY tried to put that fire out for close to an hour, an explosion happened. Matthew Green lives near the shipyard. He said he's used to the noise, but this was different.
