Hezbollah terrorist commander Mohamed Al Saadi pleaded not guilty today in Manhattan federal court to eight charges, including conspiring to provide material support to two foreign terrorist organizations, Katab Hezbollah in Iraq and Iran's Revolutionary Guard Corps. Now in court, Al Saudi today was defiant at shouting, quote, I'm a prisoner of war, I'm not a criminal. His lawyer has said Al Saudi is a political prisoner. The 32 year old is accused of directing and planning nearly 20 terrorist attacks and attempted attacks throughout Europe and the United States in retaliation for the U.S. israeli war in Iran.

Fox's Brian Yanes at Manhattan Federal Court. Prosecutors say the suspect made a pledge to assassinate the president's daughter, even having a blueprint of her Florida home. A South Carolina jury has found store owner not guilty of murder in the 2023 shooting of a black teenager. The jury returned the verdict for Chi k Rick Chao, who shot the 14 year old in the back after chasing him through the convenience store, but maintained he acted to defend his son. President Trump reportedly reconsidering whether to move forward with a $1.8 billion fund meant to compensate his supporters. America's listening to FOX News.

Venezuelan national Jose Medina in Cook county court for a discovery hearing about a month after the illegal immigrants pled not guilty to opening fire on a group of people near a beach, hitting and killing Sheridan Gorman, whose mother was also in court.

Today we heard from the director of the National Hurricane Center, Dr. Mike Brennan, also representatives of FEMA, everybody with the same message, that even though the forecasts for this hurricane season indicate fertilizer fewer tropical storms and hurricanes than we've seen recently, it only takes one. And we've seen in the past, as we saw here in 1992 in a very slow season, a terrible hurricane, Hurricane Andrew and also 1983, only four storms the entire year and one was a Category 3 hurricane that affected Galveston and Houston. So it's not about the number of hurricanes. It's about if one happens to come to your community.
