Now one of the key witnesses is a 17 year old teammate of Metcalfe's who was under the tent. He testified that Metcalfe tried to avoid a fight telling Anthony quote, dude, I'm not gonna fight you at a track meet.

This all comes just over a week since Weston first went missing. The parents say they last saw him in their Kyoto hotel room last Friday and they let the well traveled 20 year old do his own thing. Local police confirm Weston got off at a train at the Yamashina station in Kyoto. The area is home to tons of hiking routes and trails. But shortly after the train ride, Weston's location from his phone went completely D and that's when his parents started to worry. This all prompted a massive search for the Auburn student.
