C
At least four waves of Iranian ballistic missiles have targeted northern Israel. I just got off the phone with President Trump to get his reaction to the ongoing missile attack. As I was speaking with the president out the window, I could see some of these incoming missiles headed toward the northern part of this country. The IDF says they were able to shoot down the majority of the incoming fire, but the president telling Fox News it's certainly not going to help negotiations. I asked him if he had a message for the Iranian regime. He said what I would suggest to Iran. You've shot your missiles. That's enough. Get back to the table and make a deal. President Trump indicated in our conversation that negotiations with Iran were progressing toward a possible agreement as early as this coming week.

Fox's Madison Scar Pino and police say all of the wounded are now reported to be in stable condition. Elon Musk Space X is set to go public this week in what's expected to be the biggest IPO in history. Fox's Madeline Rivera has more on that.

SpaceX. At a flat price of $135 per share, they're going to offer 555.6 million shares as the company tries to raise $75 billion. At this price tag, Space X would be valued at $1.8 trillion, making it one of the most valuable fir United States. The question of whether investors will accept Space X as a valuation will largely hinge on whether they believe Elon Musk can deliver on his ambitious goals, including putting AI data centers into orbit and sending humans to Mars. Space X reported it lost nearly $5 billion last year, even though revenue increased by 33% from the year before.

The company is also reportedly making the unusual decision to keep 30% of its shares for individual investors. A magnitude 7.8 earthquake shook parts of the southern Philippines early, and a tsunami is possible on some regional coasts. Power outages were reported and people were urged to go to higher ground. There's no further information on damage or casualties at this time. I'm Kathleen Maloney. This is FOX News.
