fox a trial resumes in Miami in the case of a real estate mogul who crashed his boat in 2022, killing one teenage girl and severely injuring another.

Prosecutors in Miami will continue to present their case against 55 year old George Pino. He's the real estate developer who they say on labor day weekend of 2022, drove his boat drunk through a channel, crashing the vessel while carrying his wife, daughter and 11 of her friends. The crash killed 17 year old Lucy Fernandez.
