Negotiations between the US And Iran are currently stalled, but there are hopes that this cease fire between Israel and Hezbollah can help get things back on track. Now, the memorandum of understanding that was signed between the US And Iran calls for an end of fighting in Lebanon. But overnight battles between Hezbollah and Israel left four IDF soldiers dead and Lebanon reported 40 killed with 97 others injured. This latest fighting follows an escalation in southern Lebanon after Israeli airstrikes hit Beirut right before the signing of the deal between the US And Iran.
