Iran has warned ships out there that transiting the strait without their authorization will be dealt with. Now. Iran's parliament leader also has come out today and rejected the president's claim that Iran will use unfrozen funds to buy American crops as the regime is looking to make billions of dollars through tolling the Strait of Hormuz. In fact, the Wall Street Journal reporting today the Islamic Republic estimates that charging for security, safety and environmental services would bring in $40 billion a year in revenue.

The head maritime organization said ships will resume moving out of the Persian Gulf through the strait once the agency can confirm safety guarantees. The Senate changed course, voting to reject a war powers resolution that would have limited President Trump's powers during the Iran conflict. Florida Senator Rick Scott revealed to Fox and friends President Trump was furious with Republican senators during a recent luncheon on Capitol Hill.

Back to back earthquakes rock Venezuela's capital city Thursday. Fox's Dana Marie McNicoll reports people running

in horror as buildings collapsed around them. Some residents seen climbing out of windows to reach safety. A 7.2 magnitude earthquake struck west of the capital city of Caracas. Seconds later, another 7.5 magnitude tremor. Venezuela's acting President Delsey Rodriguez declaring a state of emergency warning. The death toll is expected to climb as rescuers will be combing through rubble over the next several days looking for any signs of life. Pope Leo sending an emergency donation of €100,000 to the largely Catholic country. The United nations says the response will be a global effort.

President Trump promised to send $150 million in aid to Venezuela. Reuters is reporting that the Venezuelan health Minister now says 235 deaths were recorded at medical centers after the earthquakes. A 74 year old Florida man became the oldest person to be executed in the state. Dusty Ray Spencer was convicted of fatally stabbing his wife Karen in 1992. Last, the state Supreme Court rejected Spencer's appeals. The execution was the ninth in Florida this year after a record 19 last year. President Trump is urging a group of House Republicans to end a protest preventing legislation from moving forward.

Following an Oval Office meeting with House Speaker Mike Johnson, President Trump put out a message on social media telling Republicans to unify and stop voting down procedural motions. Several House conservatives are threatening to block any action in the House until the Republican led Senate passes the Save America act voter ID law. President Trump this week refused to sign a bipartisan housing affordability bill, saying he wanted the Save America act done first. But the speaker says that housing measure will now be transmitted to the White House. If the president takes no action in 10 days, it will automatically become law.
