The House will accept the Senate bill, but there are some reluctant members, you know, who are trying to get promises of other bills or even executive orders from the president. Some members probably will eventually take this and hold their noses. But this is going to be the Senate's change. This is not going to be the House bill that was passed in May. They're going to have to accept what was sent over from the Senate.

President Trump had issued an order that would keep migrants who cross the border from seeking asylum. He declared the situation at the border constitutes an invasion of America and that he was suspending the physical entry of migrants and their ability to seek asylum until he decides it's over. But a federal judge has ruled that order exceeds the president's authority. He said neither the Constitution or immigration law allow the president to forego an opportunity to apply for asylum. The judge is blocking the policy until July 16, giving the Trump administration time to appeal.
