More tough talk as well from Iran's political elite. On one hand, you have the speaker coming out and saying, posting all or none, basically saying if Iran is not allowed to sell its oil, no country, no neighboring country in the region will be permitted to sell any oil at all. The foreign minister also taking a page from the Old Testament. He's saying it'll be an eye for an eye, striking back against America in kind, not just America, but also any country as well that contributes to America's efforts.

City landlords have filed a lawsuit over one of Mayor Zoram Hamdani's signature campaign promises.
I
Landlords come from four of the five boroughs. Only Manhattan is not included, they allege. The plaintiff, the New York City Rent Guidelines Board, based a decision to approve a rent freeze on data manipulated by Mayor Mandani. Freezing the rent was a core pledge during Mamdani's quest to become New York City mayor. The landlords also allege Mayor Mamdani packed the board with supporters of his proposal. Even with claims of Mamdani's connected actions, the mayor is not listed as a defendant. The plaintiffs ask for the Rent Guidelines Board's June decision to be declared illegal and voided in New York City.
