The fire department says the front facade of the building had collapsed by the time they got to the scene. A 68 year old man was pronounced dead at the scene. Three others were injured in the collapse, including a 50 year old woman who was hospitalized in critical condition. Officials are trying to determine what caused the collapse. If you filled up, you know gas prices have remained steady over the past few weeks. The Lundberg survey says a national average is unchanged to $3.22 a gallon.

Charges may soon be filed against Bradford Gilley, the suspect in yesterday's mass stabbing at a Walmart in Traverse City, Michigan. Dr. Tom Skermerhorn, the chief medical officer at Munson Medical center with more on the 11 who were wounded.

Police say Gilly attacked shoppers at random until bystanders stopped him. He's expected to face terrorism and assault with intent to kill charges when he's arraigned sometime this week. It's a major recall to tell you about involving ham salads. The USDA's recalled 12 ounce tubs of Reeser's Fine Foods and Ham Salad and 5 ounce tubs of Molly's Kitchen ham Salad because they may be contaminated with listeria. The resource has a sell by date of September 1st. The Molly's sell by date is August 31st. The salads were sold at a number of grocery stores across the nation. So far, no one has reported getting sick, but listeria can cause fever, muscle aches, confusion, loss of balance and convulsions, officials say. If you have any of the items, throw them away or return them to the place of purchase. At least three people have been killed, several others seriously injured after a passenger train derailed in southern Germany. It happened earlier today near the border with France. There's no words yet on the cause of the derailment, but investigators want to know if weather might have been a factor. Storms moved through the area shortly before the derailment. A warning from Iran backed Houthis. They say they'll attack ships whose companies do business with Israeli ports no matter what their nationality. I'm Dariel Aldehyde.
