The governor in Russia's Volodygorod region says an energy facility in warehouse warehouses are on fire as fighting flares up between Russia and Ukraine. Ukraine's prime minister make that president Volodymyr Zelensky tells Fox's Brett Baer. Russia has lost more than a million men, 1,600,000 losses and about 700,000 killed. Elijah Zion B. Enemy is facing felony charges in his mother's shooting and a judge has cleared the way for him to undergo a competency evaluation. Bienami is the 27 year old son of former Washington commander's coach Eric Bienemi and is accused of shooting Mia Bienemi several times on Sunday night at the family's home. The motion asking for the evaluation was filed by the Loudoun County, Virginia public defender's office, which argues that Bienemi has significant mental health issues and cannot assist in his own defense. Investigators have not revealed a motive in the incident. Mia Bienemi remains hospitalized but is out of the intensive care unit. Tanya J. Powers, FOX News.
