I think her numbers were wrong, just like I thought her numbers were wrong before the election.
Jared Halpern
The bureau revised the job numbers for from May and June, showing considerably less hiring those months than first estimated. Revisions are typical for the agency as more data becomes available. There is no evidence the ousted director appointed by former President Biden manipulated the figures. The labor secretary says the deputy commissioner will lead the bureau until a replacement is named. At the White House. Jared Halpern, Fox News.

Victoria Parks Every day that she gets a paycheck from the city of Cincinnati is a moral failing from city council. City council should force her resignation. That's also missing from the mayor's statement. She should be gone immediately in disgrace.

We are learning the passenger in that vehicle has been arrested, but the search for the driver accused of trying to run over ICE agents in Colorado yesterday. Well, that remains ongoing. The man that they're looking for, Jose Mendez Chavez, ice, telling Fox News he is in the country illegally from Mexico, has been deported six times and has prior convictions for child abuse and domestic violence. Investigators say federal officers were conducting a targeted enforcement operation near a construction site in the Colorado Springs area on Thursday. That's when they say Mendez Chavez tried to ram his vehicle into federal agents. Authorities say an ICE agent then fired three shots into the suspect's vehicle to protect officers and agents who were on site.

No one was injured in the incident. Four people are dead in a shooting at a Montana bar as the search continues for the gunman. State police say they believe the suspect is still armed while warning people to avoid the area of Anaconda. The suspect's home in Granite county was searched and cleared by a SWAT team. Authorities have yet to release details about what led to the shooting. Mexican authorities have arrested a Juarez police officer in connection with the killing of nine American women and children in 2019 on a highway in the northern state of Sonora. Jacinto Galdinho Pena, also known as El Monster, is charged with femicide immediately after his arrest in Juarez and flown to Mexico City to stand trial. Prosecutors say he was a hitman for the La Ligna drug cartel when they were fighting a rival cartel cell for control of a smuggling route. They claim he was one of the gunmen who mistook three vehicles carrying members of the Lebaron, Miller, Johnson and Langford families for vehicles used by Los Salazar, the rival gang. The nine Americans killed were members of a Mormon community. I'm Tom Magatti. This is FOX News.
