New York State Police say the operator of a tour bus returning to New York City from Niagara Falls lost control on Interstate 90 east of Buffalo, rolling off the highway.

At this time, adding no charges have been filed at this point. Officials say 54 people were on board, including those employed by the bus company, with passengers ranging in age from 1 to 74 years old, but noting no children with were killed.
