28 year old Indian national made a zoom call into court. He's facing three counts of vehicular homicide, three counts of manslaughter and he now has no bond. Singh did not yet plead guilty or not guilty. The judge acknowledged Singh is an illegal alien, saying no conditions of release would ensure his appearance at trial. All this comes after seeing allegedly killed three people on a Florida highway earlier this month. Video shows Singh making an illegal U turn in an 18 wheeler while a minivan crashes into the truck.

Singh's brother has also been arrested and faces deportation. The Trump administration is suspending visas for foreign truck drivers in response to that incident. Kilmar Abrego Garcia returned to Maryland after being released from a Tennessee jail on Friday, where ICE is threatening to detain him again and deport him to Uganda. His lawyer, Simon Sandoval Moshenburg, calling that move completely unreasonable. It is preposterous that they would send him to Africa, to a country where he doesn't even speak the language, a country with documented human rights violations when there are so many other options. According to documents from ICE from the Department of Homeland Security, Abrego Garcia may be deported to Uganda in no less than 72 hours and he must check in with immigration officials in Baltimore on Monday. A newly developed tropical storm was named on Saturday southeast of Bermuda and is expected to strengthen as it tracks northward over the weekend. Forecast models show Tropical Storm Fernand is expected to stay well east of the US Coastline, though America is listening to Fox News.

The Integrated Food Security Phase classification, or as it's known, IPC said hunger has been driven by fighting, widespread displacement and the blockade of aid. At Nasser Hospital in Khan Yunis, staff say more than 60 pediatric patients come to their ward with malnutrition every single day. And the Israeli military agency in charge of transferring aid rejected this report, calling the IPC's findings false and biased based on partial and unreliable sources, many of them affiliated with Hamas. Israel has allowed aid into the region at times, but the UN says it's still far below what's needed and making the journey to pick it up can be dangerous.

The reportage is urgent, formal, and direct, with Fox News’s characteristic focus on law-and-order, responsive immigration measures, and international conflict framed through US political and security interests. Notable for blunt commentary, particularly the President's criticism of Bolton and the attorney's forceful defense of Abrego Garcia.
