Singh did not yet plead guilty or not guilty. The judge acknowledged Singh is an illegal alien, saying no conditions of release would ensure his appearance at trial. Singh's brother has also been arrested and faces deportation. The Trump administration is suspending visas for foreign truck drivers in response to that incident. Kilmar Abrego Garcia returned to Maryland after being released from a Tennessee jail on Friday, where ICE is threatening to detain him again and deport him to Uganda. His lawyer, Simon Sandoval Moshenburg, calling that move completely unreasonable. It is preposterous that they would send him to Africa, to a country where he doesn't even speak the language, a country with documented human rights violations when there are so many other options. According to documents from ICE from the Department of Homeland Security, Abrego Garcia may be deported to Uganda in no less than 72 hours and he must check in with immigration officials in Baltimore on Monday. A newly developed tropical storm was named on Saturday southeast of Bermuda and is expected to strengthen as it tracks northward over the weekend. Forecast models show Tropical Storm Fernand is expected to stay well east of the US Coastline, though America is listening to Fox News.

After returning to his office, Trump pulled his security clearance and protective detail, and those agents were also seen in his Washington office carrying boxes of documents, likely searching for classified information.
