Two weeks ago, the mother reported her baby was kidnapped after she was knocked unconscious outside of a store in Yucaipa. But investigators with the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Office revealing they found inconsistencies in her story and were unable to rule out foul play. The boy has yet to be found and investigators say they believe he is dead. The couple was arrested at their home last week. Their arraignment has been delayed until September 4th and each is being held on $1 million bail.

The House Oversight Committee is issuing a subpoena to the estate of the late disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein, demanding they turn over every document and communications record they have in their possession or control. Committee Chairman James Comer says the estate has already communicated a willingness to comply.
