The manhunt is on. I'm Lisa Lacera of Fox News. The FBI continues to search for the suspect in the shooting death of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, who was gunned down while he was holding an event on a college campus in Utah.

The FBI is asking for the public's help in identifying a person of interest, releasing two photos of someone in a black long sleeve shirt, hat and sunglasses. Two other people detained yesterday were questioned and released, determined they were not connected. Now it's unclear if this new person of interest is the same person dressed in all black spotted on the rooftop of a building at the time of the shooting or if this is in fact the sniper who assassinated Kirk Cox's.

A moment of silence in western Pennsylvania as the nation remembered the heroes of aboard United Flight 93.

52 political prisoners as the US lifts sanctions on its national airline.

It's not the first time Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has released people from jail. Lukashenko, a close ally of Russia, is trying to fix his relationship with the west in hopes of easing the sanctions and the country's international isolation. Just before the release became public, Belarusian state media posted a video of the US Envoy announcing that Washington had lifted sanctions on Belarus national air carrier Belavia. Six of the 14 foreigners receiving their freedom are from Lithuania, with that nation's president saying he's personally and deeply grateful to the United States and President Trump. Suspected Ebola cases in Congo's southern province have more than doubled in a week since a new outbreak was confirmed. Africa's top public health agency says the suspected cases have increased from 28 to 68 in recent days. It's also spread from two to four districts, with the death toll currently standing at 16. The NCAA launching investigations into student athletes accused of betting on their own games.

One day after ruling three men's college basketball players permanently ineligible due to betting on their own games. The NCAA is investigating possible violations of sports betting rules involving 13 former players. Cases include athletes from Eastern Michigan, Temple, Arizona state, New Orleans, North Carolina A&T and Mississippi Valley. The NCAA's enforcement staff became aware of unusual betting activities around regular season games played by the six teams, which included student athletes betting on and against their own teams. The NCAA said it will not name the athletes until after the investigation.
