He was found guilty of the lesser charge of two counts of misdemeanor battery. A new survey suggests more teenage boys are becoming addicted to video games.

A new survey shows that 15 to 17 year old boys play video games 34 hours a week. That's almost five hours a day, seven days a week. As for parents, nearly eight in 10 are concerned about their child's screen time. Two thirds are worried about their children being actually addicted to video games. And for good reason. There's growing evidence that adolescents vulnerable undeveloped brains are easy prey for the addictive dopamine hits that come from apps and algorithms. The average time that children spend gaming has increased by nearly three and a half hours per week in just one year.
