She concluded the bureau's effort to avoid investigative bias outweighed Strzok's assertion his free speech rights were violated. Strzok got national attention for his part in the Russia election interference probe. President Trump has long claimed Struck's disparaging messages sent from FBI issued phones showed bias within the bureau.
