First phase of the peace deal. I'm Lisa Lucera, Fox News. President Trump on his way back to Washington after signing off on the peace deal between Israel and Hamas earlier today. 20 Israeli hostages were reunited with their families and the bodies of four of the 28 hostages believed to be dead were returned to Israel. Phase two of the deal involves the government of Gaza. The president was asked about the possibility of a two state solution.

As part of the deal, 2,000 Palestinian prisoners were released. Three people have been arrested on murder charges and a fourth on attempted murder in a shooting this weekend that left six dead and more than 12 injured in a small town in the Mississippi Delta. The shooting came as people celebrated homecoming weekend in downtown Leland shortly after a high school football game. Los Angeles preparing for its first significant rainfall of the season with people impacted by last year's fires at risk for mudslides.

Weather service warning an early season winter storm impacting the Los Angeles region will bring it chances for significant damaging debris flows in and below recent burn scar areas, especially for the Eaton and Palisades areas. The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department warning peak rainfall is expected through Tuesday afternoon, noting residents in these areas are urged to stay vigilant, monitor official weather updates and avoid unnecessary travel during the storm. Adding the Office of Emergency Management and law enforcement agencies are alerting residents in areas at risk for potential debris flows to be ready to evacuate if necessary. Forecasters say the storm also carries a slight risk of isolated thunderstorms and lightning.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is planning to meet President Trump at the White House this Friday to discuss the possibility of rece new weaponry. European countries now purchase weapons to be sent to Ukraine, Zelensky's long wanted longer range capabilities. On Sunday, President Trump told reporters aboard Air Force One it is appropriate to bring up the possibility of sending Ukraine Tomahawk missiles with Russia.

France's financial prosecution office has informed former French President Nicolas Sarkozy which prison to report to and when pending his appeal after being sentenced to five years for criminal conspiracy involving the use of funds from Libya to finance his winning 2007. The details were not immediately made public. Once jailed, Sarkozy will be able to file a release request to the appeals court. Judges will then have two months to process the request.
