The race is on to find these pieces that have been taken. This all happened during daylight hours when the public was inside. The French interior minister said the masked intruders were well prepared, saying they used a basket lift mounted to a truck, broke a window and cut panes with a disc cutter. This all happening at the Apollo Gallery where the French crown jewels are kept and is also right by the River Seine where construction is also taking place. Now once inside, they broke into display cases, stole nine items. One of those items was later found outside. U.S. marine officials have stated there was nothing unsafe about the exercise and firing artillery is a routine occurrence at the base. Republicans, like California Congressman Darrell Issac called Newsom's highway shutdown a quote, unquote, spiteful publicity stunt. While Vice President Vance didn't mention it outright during his remarks, he did call out Democrats regarding the government shutdown. Now we did reach out to the communications folks for Vice President Vance regarding Governor Newsom's comments and the highway shutdown. They tell us if Gavin Newsom wants to oppose the training exercises that ensure our armed forces are the deadliest and most lethal fighting force in the world, then he can go right ahead.

The White House then responded, calling Governor Newsom a liar and explained that he closed the highway when nobody at the White House or the Marine asked him to do so. Expelled US Congressman Jorge Santos is reestablishing his presence on a popular personalized video site. Fox's Granal Scott has more.

Santos, now a free man after his fraud sentence was commuted by President Trump, is active once again on Cameo, the site known for its personalized messages for a hefty cost. The site has been lucrative for Santos in the past. He claims he's taken in at least $600,000 for making the videos. His current page sets a personal message from him at a minute minimum, $300. Businesses can book Santos for marketing purposes of $5,000 and up. Santos was expelled in December 2023 from Congress and later convicted for fraud in August 2024.
