A federal appeals court has ruled President Trump Ken deployed National Guard troops to Portland, Oregon. The divided court reversing a lower court ruling that blocked deployment, which the administration has said is necessary to protect the ICE facility in the city. As the Senate failed again this evening to pass a measure that would reopen the government, cracks are showing within the Republican Party.

The Fifth Circuit determined such a ban on his ability to own a gun was unconstitutional under the Supreme Court's expanded view of gun rights. The gun and drugs were found during an investigation into possible ties or communication between Hamani and Iran's Revolutionary Guard Corps.
