The Department of Homeland Security revealing Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents were attempting to arrest an undocumented immigrant in LA's South Central neighborhood when the suspect allegedly weaponized his vehicle and began ramming the law enforcement vehicle in an attempt to flee, adding, fearing for the safety of the public and law enforcement, our officers followed their training and fired defensive shots, noting the suspect was shot in the elbow and a deputy marshal was shot in the hand by a ricochet bullet. Both were taken to hospitals to be treated. DHS goes on to say our law enforcement officers are facing a more than 1,000% increase in assaults against them, including vehicle rammings.

The House Oversight Committee is about to release the finding of its investigation into the use of the auto pen during the Biden administration.
Jessica Rosenthal
A number of former Biden officials were questioned by House Oversight Committee attorneys behind closed doors, including the former president's physician, the White House spokeswoman, advisers and the former chief of staff, Jeff Zients, was one of those who did not simply plead the fifth and declined to testify. He reportedly told the committee the president's decision making did slow down as he aged and that he inquired as to how best to prove the cognitive state of President Biden. President Trump has questioned whether some of Biden's pardons or commutations can be upheld if there was an over reliance on the auto pen. But this past summer, Biden said in a statement he made every decision himself that any suggestion he did not is ridiculous and false. Jessica Rosenthal, Fox News OpenAI looking to.

It's been buil holding since June. Now the Mega Millions jackpot has entered top 10 territory at roughly $650 million, the cash option just over $304 million. It's now the 10th largest in the game's history, blowing past the $648 million prize split in 2013 between tickets sold in California and Georgia, slightly behind ninth placeholder the $656 million prize split in 2012 between three tickets in Illinois, Kansas and Maryland. A game overhaul this year improved odds of winning smaller prizes and also led to faster growing jackpots.
