President Trump is set to visit Japan as part of his trip and is reportedly considering a possible meeting with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, though no meeting has been confirmed. Tropical Storm Melissa has strengthened into a hurricane. It's a slow moving storm gathering strength in the northern Caribbean. And National Hurricane Center Deputy Director Jamie Rome says Melissa could slam Jamaica, Haiti and the Dominican Republic with life threatening rainfall.

Earlier this week, new video popped up online that appears to show Border Patrol Commander Greg Bevino throwing what looks like tear gas into a crowd of protesters. And some are saying this could be in violation of a court order. U.S. district Court Judge Sarah Ellis ordered. Federal agents must give two different warnings before using crowd control measures like tear gas. But DHS says agents repeatedly warned the crowd to back up. In fact, DHS says Bavino was hit in the head shortly before this video was recorded.
