This is a time to follow the law.
Dave Anthony
This is not a time to hide from the facts. This is a time to embrace them. Fry, a Democrat, is urging ICE to get the bleep out of his city.
Legal Analyst
They are clearly driving crime up.

He the FBI is leading the investigation into the shooting. They understand there are questions here from people who live in Minnesota and they're planning on answering them, telling the state though, we don't need your help with this investigation. It's not in your jurisdiction.

The woman was shot and killed after she was trying to stop and block law enforcement. They say she was part of a group here called an ICE Watch group that tries to get in the middle and stop ongoing operations. Renee Nicole Good, part of this activist group that is trained and organized to monitor, track and interfere and oppose ongoing federal immigration enforcement operations.

There have also been protests in Portland, Oregon, where two people are hospitalized at another shooting that Homeland Security also says was similar self defense that the two with alleged gang ties tried to drive into a Border Patrol agent at an immigration stop. Another oil tanker seized this morning by the U.S. military in the Caribbean. And of President Trump's meeting with oil company executives today on rebuilding Venezuela's industry days after the U.S. captured leader Nicolas Maduro. The president tells FOX's Hannity they're going.
Sean Hannity
To go in, they're going to rebuild the whole oil infrastructure. They're going to spend at least $100 billion.
Dave Anthony
The president also threatened to hit Iran very hard if the days of protests against the regime turn deadlier and Iran's supreme leader cracks down like in the past.
Sean Hannity
People without any weapons whatsoever are standing there and you have machine guns gunning them down or they grab, take them to prisons and then hang them and kill them.

The unemployment rate dropped last month from a 4 year high down 2. 10 to 4.4%. Though there was a slight drop in hiring from November. Just 50,000 jobs created. America's listening to Fox.

We got a ruling this morning from the Supreme Court but not the one on tariffs that is much anticipated. The justices are still trying to decide if President Trump exceeded his authority, like those who sued maintain when imposing charges on imports from around the world. Fox Business Network's Lydia Hu reports. If the court rules against the president, there could be payback.

Roughly 133 and a half billion dollars have been collected through the International Emergency Economic Powers Act. It's called IEPA for short. That's the provision that we're talking about. But businesses are already lining up to request their money back. Reportedly, more than 1,000 businesses have filed claims already that they would pursue.

The Supreme Court decision this morning was related to prisoners rights and death penalty cases. And capital punishment is in focus at a hearing starting this hour in New York City, where Luigi Mangione is fighting the federal murder case against him in the shooting death of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.
Legal Analyst
We expect Luigi Mangione's attorneys to argue why the most serious federal charges against him should be dismissed and why the death penalty should be taken off the table. The crux of the argument is really about count three, murder with a firearm, and count four, which is the use of a silencer, because the Fed, the feds, they say, Mangione's attorneys say, have not met their legal burden here. Now, in order for the federal prosecutors to pursue Mangione with murder and the death penalty, they need to charge him with an underlying predicated federal crime of violence. In this case, that's counts one and two, interstate stalking. Mangione's lawyers argue that stalking does not constitute a crime of violence and this case should be dismissed.
