And before meeting this hour with Colombian leader Gustavo Petro, President Trump says somehow after the Venezuelan raid, he became very nice.

The Pima county sheriff says that there is evidence, evidence that she was taken against her will and that she was likely harmed in the process. He also said the homicide unit is leading the investigation and they are working with both local and federal law enforcement.

17 year old Hayley Busby's remains were found over the weekend in southern Indiana nearly a month after she disappeared from her Indianapolis area home. With a man from Columbus, Ohio, now jailed for now on charges of pandering sexual material involving a minor and tampering with evidence.

I can tell you that he will be entering a not guilty plea if and when he's charged with a homicide in this matter.

39 year old Tyler Thomas's attorney after police say they tracked Thomas's vehicle to Busby's neighborhood January 5th where he admits to picking her up after they met on a gaming app that he led police and the FBI to her remains in Perry County. Bond is set at $1.5 million. Thomas is due back in court next week. Jeff Manasso, FOX News.

Later today, Tyler Robinson returns to court in Utah for another hearing in his murder case. He faces the possibility of the death penalty. Accused of assassinating Charlie Kirk as the conservative leader addressed a crowd at Utah Valley University in September. On Wall street, the Dow hit an all time high, then came back down.
