A temporary order from a federal judge in Virginia blocks any payments from a nearly 1.8 billion dollar Justice Department compensation fund. The fund was set up to pay out settlements to individuals accusing the Biden administration of investigating or prosecuting them for political purposes. Its creation came about from a separate settlement to end the lawsuit by President Trump and of his family against the irs.

That's fox's Jared Halpern at the White House. Some Republicans join Democrats critical of the fund. The judge has said a June 12 hearing to consider extending the block. Now. The president just posted on Truth Social he's meeting now in the SITUATION ROOM to make a final determination on whether to agree to extend the ceasefire with Iran another 60 days. The president wrote that Iran must agree to never have a nuclear weapon. The Hormuz Strait must be immediately open. No tolls for unrestricted shipping traffic in both direct. Former Attorney General Pam Bondi is at the Capitol answering questions in the Jeffrey Epstein sex trafficking investigation, but not under oath and not in public.

It happened at around 2:35am on I95 south in Stafford county in Northern Virginia. State police said charter bus failed to slow down for traffic ahead of a work zone and hit six vehicles, killing five people among the occupants. They say 34 people are hospitalized, three with critical injuries. The crash is still being investigated with criminal charges pending.

More protests overnight at the ICE detention facility in Newark, New Jersey. Caught on camera, the crowd telling agents to take out their guns and kill themselves. That's something we keep hearing in the crowd.

That's what a green banner reads at the top of a hacker style UFO themed website, aliens.gov it reads, quote, they've shopped in the same stores, attended the same classes as our children and lived seemingly normal human existences with one exception, they do not belong here, end quote. The site details the so called alien invasion in the US pointing to the over 3 million encounters with illegal migrants across the country. The site shows the total arrests, dates of arrests, criminal charges, countries of art and suspected gang affiliations of migrants taken into custody by ICE under President Trump. The website accuses, quote, countless presidents, congressmen and senior officials of covering up the invasion. Gianna Jalosi, FOX News.

The head of the World Health Organization is in Congo where the Ebola outbreak tops a thousand suspected cases, more than 200 deaths in Africa. In Kenya, a court not wanting the virus brought there blocks a plan to quarantine Americans exposed to Ebola.
