Democrats will likely have one more no today against the funding bill they opposed to reopen the government before the vote. Congresswoman Elect Adelita Grialvo will finally be sworn in, long delayed by House Republicans in the shutdown. She won a special election September 23rd in Arizona to replace her father, Raul, who died in March. Months after the US Joined Israel attacking Iran's nuclear program, fearing it was close to making weapons, there's renewed concern about what Iran's doing.

The International Atomic Energy Agency says it's not been able to verify Iran's collection of near weapons grade uranium in months, not since the 12 Day War in June, when first Israel, then the United States conducted strikes targeting Iran's nuclear facilities. A report sent to UN Member states says this lack of knowledge needs to be urgently addressed. The IAEA's last report two months ago said Iran still had more than 900 pounds of highly enriched uranium. But Iran has not confirmed the stockpile size or location. From Detroit to Dubai, a rude awakening for thousands of hotel guests kicked out of their rooms in a hurry when the Marriott backed sonder suddenly collapsed into chapter seven liquidation. Guests worldwide told to get out within 24. They couldn't even stay till checkout time. Some of them extended stay guests had already spent hundreds and thousands of dollars. It was a licensing deal that allowed Saunder hotels to be booked on Marriott's Bonvoy website. So the Marriott brand gave travelers reassurance, but not in this case.
