Georgia law said the prosecuting attorney's counsel had to try to find someone else to lead the case. Now that organization's director, Pete Scandalakis says he'll do it. President Trump likely wouldn't be prosecuted while in office, but other co defendants include Rudy Giuliani, former former chief of staff Mark Meadows and attorney John Eastman. They're accused of violating racketeering laws in an effort to commit election fraud by making false statements, committing forgery fraud and impersonating a public officer.

Plan to require airlines to pay passengers cash compensation for US flight disruptions caused by carriers. $200 for flight cancellations or significant delays due to mechanical problems or computer outages. And up to $775 for delays of nine hours or more. The Department of Transportation saying the rules would result in unnecessary regulatory burdens.
