The president supports this plan. It's a good plan for both Russia and Ukraine. And we believe that it should be acceptable to both sides and we're working very hard to get it done.

More fallout from Arctic Frost, the investigation into some leading congressional Republicans during the Biden administration. Now it's been revealed the phone records of House Judiciary Committee Jim Jordan were subpoenaed.

The subpoena for House Judiciary committee chairman Jim Jordan's phone records reached back to January of 2020 days before President Biden became president. Fox News obtaining the subpoena that shows a federal prosecutor ordering Verizon to hand over data related to the Ohio Republican. That prosecutor eventually worked on special counsel Jack Smith's January 6th investigation. A congressional probe has revealed the Justice Department allegedly looked at phone records for a number of Republican House and Senate members as part of Operation Arctic. FR Smith has said the investigation was consistent with DOJ policies on Capitol Hill. Ryan Schmell's Fox News President Trump is.
