The FBI says it now has details about 18 year old high schooler Anna Kepner who was found dead on a Carnival cruise ship during a family vacation earlier this month.

Fox's Chanley Painter Anna Kepner died by asphyxiation resulting from a bar hold which is an arm across the neck. Investigators pointing to two bruises on the side of her neck. ABC News also reporting that preliminary information from the autopsy further indicates no signs of sexual assault and no drugs or alcohol in her system, though test that could confirm those details have yet to be completed. Her body reportedly found under a bed, wrapped in a blanket and covered by life vest. A court filing in an unrelated family court matter has indicated that Anna's 16 year old stepbrother could face charges in her death. Anna was staying in the same room as her stepbrother on the cruise and Anna's ex boyfriend claims the stepbrother had a weird obsession with her and so.

Far no arrests have been made. President Trump is now demanding an end to excessive state level regulation of artificial intelligence.

President Trump says if the US Is to dominate in artificial intelligence, the fewer regulations the better.
We are going to work it so that you'll have a one approval process, not have to go through 50 states.
But some state leaders argue it's their duty to impose rules to protect the public. Fox is told a presidential executive order meant to kill state regulation authority is on hold for now, but if eventually signed, it may create an AI task force to launch lawsuits against state regulations. On Capitol Hill, Republicans are considering including a moratorium of up to 10 years for state AI laws and a must pass annual defense bill.
