This is a FOX News alert. A Trump criminal case may soon be closed. I'm Dave Anthony. We're just getting breaking information out of Georgia that the new prosecutor who recently took over the state's criminal case against President Trump and others dating back to the 2020 election has just filed a motion to drop the case against the president and his co defendants who are charged with attempting to overturn the 2020 election results in Georgia. We will not be bullied. That's what six congressional Democrats say as the FBI start them over the controversial video they put out.

The two senators and four representatives, all Democrats urge those serving in the military that they can, quote, refuse illegal orders, end quote. This after the US Military recently over the past few months conducted more than 20 deadly military strikes on suspected drug boats in international waters. Legality of that has been questioned since there was no congressional authorization. President Trump calling for prosecutions of those he calls trust traitors, accusing these members of, quote, seditious behavior.

That's fox's David Spunt. It's midnight in Hong Kong where firefighters keep battling an inferno that's burned at least seven high rise apartment buildings. Reuters reports 14 people were killed. Others are feared trapped inside. Now to the Thanksgiving travel rush.

I'm typically I plan ahead, pack a couple of days ahead, you know, prep my board and pass or check in early. So it's been pretty smooth so far.

She's at Atlanta's airport. And so far across the country, only 43 flights have been cancele. There are more than 1200 delays, many of them to and from Chicago as wintry weather moves in and will affect travel for days in some areas.

We have the first blizzard warning of the season that is in effect for parts of northern Wisconsin, the UP Of Michigan. We do have winter storm warnings in effect right now for Minneapolis. Eventually Chicago is going to get into this, especially with that second storm that's going to be our hiccup for Friday into this upcoming weekend.

Again, our top FOX News story. A prosecutor in Georgia makes a motion to drop the criminal case against President Trump and his co defendants related to the 2020 results. We got unemployment news this morning. First time claims fell slightly last week down to 216,000. And on Wall Street, a big surge. The Dow up 327 points, the Nasdaq skinning 170. The manhunt continues in Virginia for a high school football coach who was first a missing person and then a wanted man.

46 year old Travis Turner is wanted on five counts of possession of child pornography and then five counts of using a computer to solicit a minor. Turner, the head coach at Union High School and Big Stone Gap, was reported as missing on Sunday. Police say they were sent to Turner's home in western Virginia Thursday night, but when they arrived, Turner was no longer there. But his wife denies the allegations her husband is facing, telling the Daily Mail on Tuesday, quote, none of that is true. He's a good dad and a good husband.

Fox's Hashley Strohmeier Football fans might remember the AAF, a spring pro league from 2019 that never even finished its only season. Six years later, there's finally an end.

In court, a bankruptcy judge in Texas ruling in favor of Carolina Hurricane's owner Tom Dundon. The case involves the alliance of American Football, a league which Dundon was an investor in. The collapse of the league brought about years of legal filings and ultimately a trial. The judge mostly agreed with Dundon, but didn't fully absolve him. The court found that he engaged in self dealing by giving free or discounted advertising during the league's broadcasts to friends and associated businesses. Because the league folded, the judge only rewarded creditors $1 in damages.
