Front of it Closer to freezing, 30, 32 degrees. New York City, 40 degrees right along the coast. Probably not much in the way of snow with this. It's going to be these interior locations as the system does kind of wind down as it moves farther towards the east. So the concern continues to be parts of the Midwest. We're looking at a winter storm warnings including portions of northern Indiana back towards Wisconsin. All areas where the snow piled up the back side of the system is continuing to bring at least some snow. You could see another couple of inches. So the heaviest snow has kind of wrapped up but still coming down in some of these spots, which certainly is a problem for travel. Otherwise, once this moves through, it is cold on the back side of but you do get a little bit of a break. So this is our last big travel trouble here as we continue to get folks back home over the next day.

A federal judge in Washington reviving his contempt inquiry into the Trump White House over its refusal to turn two planes around that were carrying Venezuelan migrants in March. Judge James Boasberg ordering the administration to file written statements by December 5 from all officials involved in that move. He's examining whether the administration defied his order to return the flights. The standoff carries serious stakes as Boasberg could refer officials for prosecution. The administration insists it did not violate the court's directive. Well, this past week, a federal judge ordering the cases against former FBI Director James Comey and New York Attorney General Letitia. But the attorney general says she will continue pursuing the charges.

Federal Judge Cameron Curry ruled the interim U.S. attorney for Eastern Virginia did not have the lawful authority to pursue cases against James Comey and Letitia James. The Judge found the 120 day time period for an interim attorney position to serve had elapsed and that without Senate confirmation, Lindsey Halligan could not bring the indictments. Attorney General Pam Bondi reacted.
