Payroll processor ADP says the economy lost jobs for the third time in four months in November when businesses cut 32,000 jobs. That's the biggest decline since spring of 2023. It's also a sharp step down from October, upwardly revised for a gain of 47,000 positions. Small businesses were hit the hardest.
