Garcia was charged with human trafficking and awaits tr. The Senate plans votes this hour on plans for Obamacare. And both may fail to advance. Democrats want to extend the tax credits millions of Americans get that'll expire at year's end. The Republican plan would let people put that money into health savings accounts. GOP Senate leader John Thune tells fox.

One of the main items on the agenda today, there was a hearing back on October 24th in which Judge Graff determined Robins will be allowed to wear civilian clothing in court, but has to remain shackled. Now, Also in that October 24 hearing, General Security measures and apparently other issues were discussed in a closed portion that both the defense and prosecution requested remain private. The judge granted that request that the October 24th transcript be sealed. But then an attorney for the media coalition here intervened and asked that the transcript be made public, arguing in part that keeping it sealed is creating an impression of unfairness and secrecy.
