Another legal twist. I'm Paul Stevens, Fox News. The California National Guard in Los Angeles now has until Monday afternoon to leave the City of angels. But the Ninth Circuit also issuing a partial administrative stay in the ongoing court battle between California leaders and the White House over control of that state's National Guard troops. Madeleine Rivera
The Justice Department partially unsealed the seizure warrant for that oil tanker. More than 20 pages of this 32 page document were completely redacted. But here's what we did learn. A federal judge signed off on the seizure warrant on November 26th. The Coast Guard seized the tanker off the coast of Venezuela on Wednesday. The DOJ says the vessel named the skipper was being used in an oil shipping network supporting Hezbollah and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. The administration says it'll go through the legal channels, seize the oil on the tanker once it reaches a U.S. port. NBC News now reporting. Per two U.S. officials, the crew will be released when the vessel docks.

Coach Sharon Moore faces charges of home invasion, stalking and breaking and entering. Moore is accused of having an inappropriate relationship with an employee believed to be an executive assistant who prosecutors say broke off a years long affair on Monday. And when he was fired by the university for the, quote, inappropriate relationship, prosecutors say Moore broke into the apartment of his former mistress, grabbed butter knives and kitchen scissors and threatened to kill himself. Despite these shocking allegations, Moore defense attorney says he's not a threat.
Paul Stevens
The former coach pleading not guilty to the charges. He's out on a $25,000 bond. Not expected back in court until January. The Trump administration facing a new lawsuit, this time over renovations at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue at the White House. Fox's Lucas Tomlinson.

The White House and President Trump was sued by preservationalists seeking to stop President Trump from his designing of the new ballroom because the preservationists are seeking a review and congressional approval over this ballroom project. The National Trust for Historic Preservation is asking a federal court to stop Trump's White House ballroom project until it goes through design reviews and public comments and wins approval from Congress.
Paul Stevens
And the Trump administration has defended the renovations, saying that not only is the president doing it with private money, but also arguing he has the legal authority to make any changes to the White House, just like other presidents have done in the past. The Transportation Security Administration renewing a push to end collective bargaining agreements for airport security screeners. But the American Federation of Government Employees swiftly vowed to fight that decision, calling it illegal and a violation of a federal judge's recent injunction.
