The manhunt continues for the Brown University shooter as the FBI offers a $50,000 reward with surveillance footage so far only showing a man with a mask lurking hours before that shooting that left two students dead, nine wounded. This recent Brown graduate was on campus in Providence visiting a friend in the building where the shots were fired right before happened and worries about communication.
