Claudio Navis Valente turned his gun on himself after murdering three people and injuring nine. Neves Valente is from Portugal. He arrived in the country on a student visa and was a lawful permanent resident before coming to the United States. He went to school in Lisbon, Portugal, with the MIT professor that he's accused of murdering. Investigators say he killed Nuno Lauriero at his home outside of Boston after the Brown attack.

The Trump administration is putting on hold the visa lottery program that he used to illegally get into the country in 2017. Today is the deadline Congress mandated the Justice Department hand over more documents from the investigation into Jeffrey Epstein sex trafficking of underage girls. And deputy AG Blanche also tells FOX this morning they'll handle hand over hundreds of thousands of files.
