Hank Flynn with Fox 29 TV in Bristol. Is Ukraine behind yet another attack in Russia? Investigators are looking into that after the second bombing in three days in the same area of Moscow. The one this morning killed two police officers as they approached someone considered suspicious. And there was an explosion that also killed someone else nearby. A high ranking Russian general was killed Monday when a bomb went off under his car. As Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said today, they've made progress, agreeing to some terms of a US Peace plan aiming to stop Russia's war. But there's no cons on who gets territory still being fought over as a fragile ceasefire remains in place between Israel and Hamas.

There are gains on Wall street on a short trading day on Christmas Eve. The Dow's up 180 points, the S&P 500 on track to set a record high. It's Christmas Eve morning here, but Santa has been busy for hours on the other side of the with Rudolph and his eight other reindeer leading the way.
I
Scientists at University College London say reindeer can actually see ultraviolet light, a rare trick for mammals and a huge help in the Arctic. Under uv, the landscape looks completely different. Predators like wolves absorb uv, icy patches stand out. And lichens, a fungus algae combo, glow under UV and are a key winter snack for reindeer. Researchers also found their eyes shift in winter to boost sensitivity as daylight fades. So when Santa needs help navigating in the dark, his reindeer already come equipped with the perfect night vision upgrade beyond Rudolph's red nose.
