The White House is organizing a meeting Friday with US Oil company executive to discuss Venezuela. Representatives of Exxon, Chevron and ConocoPhillips are expected to attend this coming one day after deposed Venezuelan leader Nicolas Maduro and his wife pled not guilty in a federal court in Brooklyn to charges of narco terrorism. The US And European allies are making a new security commitment to Ukraine as part of peace talks following the latest.

Wyoming will keep abortion legal after a ruling by its top court.

Wyoming's State Supreme Court strikes down state laws banning so called abortion pills and restricting abortion to cases of rape, incest or danger to the mother's life. The court decided the laws violate the Wyoming State Constitution's amendment ensuring access to health care. The state laws were passed in 2022 following the US Supreme Court's overturning of Roe v. Serving life in prison after being convicted of plotting the murder of her husband Gregory Smart, in 1990 in Derry, N.H. is seeking a sentence reduction, the latest effort filed in New York, where she's being held at the Bedford Hills Correctional Facility for Women, and in New Hampshire, where the crime occurred. Netflix and the WWE are working together on more programming.
