Wyoming will keep abortion legal after a ruling by its top court.

Wyoming's State Supreme Court strikes down state laws banning so called abortion pills and restricting abortion to cases of rape, incest or danger to the mother's life. The court decided the laws violate the Wyoming State Constitution's amendment ensuring access to health care. The state laws were passed in 2022 following the US Supreme Court's overturning of Roe v.
