At least 370 law enforcement officers rushed to the school, but more than an hour passed before a tactical team entered the classroom to confront and kill the gunman. Gonzalez was one of just two officers indicted. Had he been convicted, he faced up to two years in prison. NATO Secretary General Mark Ruta says he agrees with President Trump when it comes to security for Greenland, saying Russia and China pose a threat. And he says control over Greenland did not come up.

Next governor David Medina pleaded not guilty to charges including obstructing an official proceeding and destroying government property. The charges related to his involvement in the January 6 riot at the US Capitol, but they were dismissed last year when President Trump pardoned more 1500 people charged or convicted of crimes related to the breach. Medina, a Republican based outside of Portland, announcing a run for Oregon governor Tuesday. His campaign website says he's become one of the leading conservative voices in one of America's most progressive regions, calling for extraordinary change. Oregon Governor Tina Kotak, a Democrat, is running for reelection. And looking to unseat her is Oregon State Senator Christine Drazen, a Republican who lost her bid to Kotak in 2022. Ticketmaster expected to testify before a Senate panel next month on unfair ticket prices. That's according to a Senate aide. Plaintiffs in a lawsuit against Johnson and Johnson are allowed to use expert testimony to support their case.

It's another case about Johnson and Johnson baby powder and other talc products that the plaintiffs say caused cancer. The company denies it. Retired federal judge brought in to evaluate the plaintiff's expert testimony rules, and it meets the necessary standards to be used as evidence at trial later this year. The case started in 2016. More than 67,000 lawsuits consolidated into one federal suit in New Jersey, where Johnson Johnson's based. This would be the first federal trial. There have been trials in state courts with Johnson and Johnson winning some and losing some, with billions of dollars in verdicts against it, sometimes reduced on appeal.
