US Attorney General Pam Bondi posted on X, calling the decision a full stay against action that would handcuff federal law enforcement. U.S. district Judge Kathleen Menendez's order blocked the use of irritants to break up crowds. The appeals panel called the judge's ruling too broad and vague.
