On administrative leave. I'm Lisa Lacera, FOX News. The Department of Homeland Security says the two federal agents involved in the deadly shooting of Alex Preddy in Minneapolis on Saturday are no longer serving in the field, though calling it standard procedure. And it should not be viewed as any suspicion of wrongdoing as no video has surfaced that appears to show Freddy getting into a confrontation with agents a week prior.
Garrett Henny (0:27)
He appears to switch at ICE officers as they get into their cars and then as they're driving away, he kicks the taillight two times until he breaks it. Then at that point, an ICE officer takes Preddy to the ground. Other officers come over to help and Freddy's jacket comes off at some point. You can see he has a pistol, which he legally had, and it's in his waistband behind his back much like it was this past Saturday. There weren't any alarms raised as they're taking him down and wrestling with him. They ultimately just let him go.
