In a series of videos posted over the weekend, the Guthrie family says it's ready to pay as a second ransom deadline expired. Fox's Jonathan Hunt in Tucson with more on what we know tonight.

Who was part of Bad Bunny super bowl halftime show is not Liam Conejo Ramos. That's the five year old who was detained by immigration officials in Minnesota and taken to a detention facility in Texas along with his father. Viral posts on social media said it was Ramos during the moment in the performance that Bad Bunny hands over what appears to be a Grammy. But that boy was actually Lincoln Fox Ramadan, a child actor from California. A post on Ramadan's Instagram says he is sending love to Liam Ramos. Ramos and his father were returned to Minneapolis this month following a judge's order. Angelo Bavaro, Fox News and the 9th.

Hill Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer is scrutinizing how Representative Ilhan Omar's husband Tim Minick, could have made so much money since she entered Congress in 2019. It's rare for a panel besides the Ethics Committee to conduct such an inquiry. Most of Omar's possible wealth flows from her husband. A recent financial disclosure report shows that Minot owns assets of up to $30 million, much of it from his investment firm. It was worth up to 25 million two years ago, but as little as a dollar in 2023. Minot also had a stake in a California wine venture worth up to 5 million in 2024, but as little as 15,000 a few years ago. It's reportedly not made wine in years.

New York Congressman Joe Morell alleging House Oversight Chair James Comer is attacking President Trump's critics. Other Democrats say the GOP is trying to take attention away from the Epstein files the state of California filing a lawsuit concerning ghost guns. Fox's Kevin Uretsky's got the details on that.

The lawsuit filed last Friday in San Francisco Superior Court claims that several websites which provide a how to for building ghost guns that breaks several California gun related state laws. The websites reportedly contain details on how to build more than 150 different guns. California Attorney General Rob Bonta said that the lawsuit shows how dangerous the ghost gun industry is, especially due to the fact that there are no background checks. The suit states that since 2021, law enforcement agencies in the state have collected an average of 11,000 ghost guns per year. Kevin Uretsky, Fox News in the city.
