Immigration officials tell Fox they have informed the attorney for Kilmar Abrego Garcia that he could be sent to Uganda no less than 72 hours from now. This coming after Abrego Garcia was freed from a Tennessee jail while he awaits trial on human smuggling charges.

Attorneys for Kilmar Abrego Garcia asked to keep him in jail in Tennessee for the time being, fearing that if he were released, ICE would just pick him up again. He he was brought back from El Salvador after the Trump administration admitted they mistakenly deported the suspected MS.13 gang member despite a prior protective order that kept him in the US A judge in a separate case ruled Garcia should not be deported again by ice, that he should be given time to challenge any deportation. So he was released to home detention with his brother in Maryland, though required to wear an ankle monitor.

A federal judge in San Francisco has ruled the TR the Trump administration cannot deny funding to Boston, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles and 30 other cities and counties because of their so called sanctuary policies.
