He said he will not attend the Supreme Court's upcoming oral arguments concerning the legality of his global tariffs. The high court said to hear arguments on the case starting Wednesday, but the president stressed the impact of the forthcoming decision.

And the president said he does not want to do anything to deflect the importance of the decision. So he won't be there in person. This all as millions of Americans continue to struggle under the government shutdown now into its second month. One big disruption happening at airports around the nation trying to cope with air traffic control staffing shortages. Fox's Christina Coleman with more for us tonight.

In New Jersey, the average flight delay at Newark Airport is about two hours and some flights are more than three hours late due to staffing shortages. Now this comes amid a surge in air traffic control calling off of work as they deal with growing financial stress and pressure. Nearly 13,000 air traffic controllers have worked for weeks now without pay due to the government shutdown. And there are also some long flight delays at Austin Bergstrom Airport in Texas due to staffing shortages.

And Republican mayoral candidate Curtis Sliwa thinks former governor and independent mayoral candidate Andrew Cuomo is not fit to serve as New York City's next mayor. Speaking on Fox's the Big Weekend show.

Hamas handing over three more bodies it says are hostages found in a tunnel today in southern Gaza. Fox is Trey Inkst with more Thousands.

Of Israelis gathered in the streets of Tel Aviv to demand that Hamas release the bodies of the hostages still held inside Gaza. Now we are learning from the IDF that three bodies were just released from Gaza by Hamas. Once those identities are confirmed, 8 will still need to be freed from captivity inside Gaza. The ceasefire is holding once again as regional media says there are still pockets of Hamas fighters who are inside areas that are controlled by Israeli forces. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu confirmed these reports but did not speak on the possibility that these gunmen could be given temporary amnesty to leave that area.

And only one man remains in custody in the UK for the mass stabbing attack on a train. Police releasing the other man arrested a 35 year old after determining he had nothing to do with the incident. The attack injured 11, several of whom are still hospitalized, one fighting for his life. The man is a railway worker who police are applauding for his heroic action in trying to stop the horrifying attack. And what a World Series it was in 2025. Fans in Los Angeles gonna honor their World Series champions with a parade on Monday morning. The celebrations though started immediately after the Dodgers beat the Toronto Blue Jays in Game seven of the World Series late on Saturday night or early on Sunday morning.

This was really a global World Series. It set viewership records in Japan, Canada and the U.S. some great performances on both sides, but perhaps none greater than Dodgers pitcher Yamamoto and he was named Most Valuable player. There were 45,000 screaming blue jays fans here. A lot of them broken hearted today. The ones we talked to said even after the loss they're still proud of their team.
