Sean Diddy Combs had pushed for his appeals case to go before a judge as soon as possible, arguing his 50 month prison sentence should be significantly reduced. A judge who sits on the U.S. court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit approving the request for a speedy appeals process, which could lead to oral arguments being heard as early as April. Combs lawyers have said his appeal will challenge the unfair use of the Mann act, calling it an infamous statute with a sordid history to prosecute him for sex with consenting adults. Tech manufacturer Belkin is shocking its wide customer base and announcing it will end support of its wemo brand of smart light switches, electrical plugs and even doorbell cams. An email sent to customers who use the connected devices to manage part of their home's electrical use are being told that by the end of January the wemo service will end, the app will no longer function and the devices themselves will be essentially useless or won't perform the tasks for which customers purchase them. For the New York City Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade have been announced. They include Ciara, Foreigner, Lil Jon and Cool and the Gang. The parade will also feature K Pop Demon Hunters, with performances by the film's singers and theme balloons.
