The lower court had ordered the Trump administration to fully fund SNAP payments through November, but the administration said it could only fund about half since it had to use a contingency fund to pay for it. But the high court has granted the administration's emergency appeal to to temporarily block that order. That blocks only in effect for two days, giving the lower court time to issue a final order on the administration's request to only partially fund snap. However, officials in more than a half dozen states confirmed some SNAP recipients were already issued their full November payments Friday.
