The Supreme Court has extended its order blocking full food stamp benefits for the month of November until Thursday night, even as the shutdown is likely to end. The move allows the Trump administration to continue withholding about $4 billion from the program. With 42 million Americans rely on. A Baby Formula Recall Expands.

Organic Baby Formula Maker by Hart has recalled all of its products nationwide. Some batches were recalled a few days ago as federal health officials investigate a possible link to an infant botulism outbreak. At least 15 cases in 12 states no deaths are reported. Babies from about 2 weeks to 5 months old have been hospitalized. The Food and Drug Administration says they all consumed Bihart formula at some point. Symptoms can take weeks to develop. They can include difficulty feeding, constipation, a weak cry and muscle weakness, and eventually difficulty breathing. The fatality rate is less than 2%. With treatment, infected babies are given an IV antitoxin medication. Most babies died before those antitoxins were developed. Chris Foster, Fox News the number of.

A coalition of retired military nurses and others are working to get World War II nurses awarded for their service. The campaign to honor them with the Congressional Gold Medal, the nation's highest civilian honor, comes 80 years after the war ended. A bipartisan group of lawmakers have joined the cause, which faces long odds. It needs two thirds of each chamber, 67 CO sponsors, Senate and 290 in the House. So far, the bills have eight and six, respectively. Other groups, including the Women Air Force Service Pilots of World War II and the real Life Rosie the Riveters, have already received the honor.
